This Mango rasam is quite common in South Karnataka during Mango season. People here make slices of Mango and dry them under hot sun to prepare this rasam  during off season of Mango.

  • Salt to taste.

Ingredients of Mango Rasam

  • Boil mangoes with water, may be just half a cup for about 10mins.
  • Peel its outer cover and smash the pulp using little water.

  • Now add chopped green chillies, jaggery, asafoetida and salt. Mix well.
