I simply try things referring to some cooking blogs and TV shows so that I can learn to cook well.  This was my Sunday breakfast, tried for the first time. Every body at home were scared of their tummy. God bless me, it came out to be tasty.

  • Take a Kadai add 2 to 3 spoons of ghee and heat in low flame. Add jeera and sesame.
  • When sesame splitters add smashed potatoes , pinch of turmeric, one spoon garam masala and salt to taste.

  • Stir them well till everything gets mixed evenly. Keep this prepared bhaji aside for a while.

Preparation of Parota:
  • Prepare Wheat dough like the way you prepare chapatti. Ashirvad atta or patanjali atta is the best to prepare the dough.
  • Now make small medium sized balls from the dough.
  • Roll over the balls of dough till it forms a small circle. Now fill 2 to 3 spoons of  bhaji inside and cover them completely so that bhaji does not fall out.

  • Take 2 clean thin plastic sheet and oil it neatly.
  • Place the dough filled with bhaji upon oiled plastic sheet and cover it with another oiled plastic sheet from above.

  • Now roll over the dough smoothly like chapatti.
  • Heat a pan in low flame by adding ghee. Let the Rolled parota fry in low flame till golden brown. Keep adding ghee as and when required.
