Moong Dal Salad




Moong Dal Pie has a wonderful taste, the same is its salad, also it is a healthy recipe. You can prepare this for your child either in their brunch or evening snack time. This is healthy time pass item. Also people who are under diet or reducing their weight can include this as a substitute of their dinner. This Moon dal has a fruity taste as pomegranate seeds are included.


Moong Dal Salad



The recipe is too simple and can be prepared within few minutes.

Ingredients:
One cup Moong dal
Green chilies
Ginger
Coriander leaves
Coconut Grates
Lemon juice
Pomegranate seeds half cup
Salt

Procedure:
Clean and Soak Moong dal for an hour.

Moong Dal Salad

Drain out the water after soaking and transfer to a clean bowl.

Now take a plate and add coconut grates, chopped green chilies and coriander leaves, ginger pieces, squeeze lemon juice and salt. Stir them well so that the ingredients gets mixed up.

After mixing, transfer to the bowl containing Moon dal. Stir them along with dal.

Moong Dal Salad

Garnish with pomegranate seeds. You can even give a flavor to it by seasoning mustard and urad dal.
