Here is a quick easy recipe of summer salad from bell
pepper. Bell Pepper are also called as Capsicum.
Bell pepper nutrition facts are many if we begin to discuss.
To be short and precise about bell pepper nutrition facts, it is a high source
of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Red bell pepper (any colored bell pepper)are low in
calories, thus making them a good low calorie snack.
Ingredients required for preparing Red Bell Pepper Summer Salad:
Chopped red bell pepper.Chopped onion, cucumber
Grated carrot.
Salt as per taste.
Once spoon black pepper powder.
Asafoetida
One large bowl of non flavoured yogurt
Red Bell Pepper Summer Salad Recipe:
- Chop the bell pepper depending on the quantity you want.
- You can include all the colors of capsicum you can get hold of. I have used green and red bell pepper here.
- Add chopped onions, chopped cucumber, grated carrot to the bowl of chopped bell pepper.
- Also add finely chopped coriander leaves (optional)
- Add asafoetida, salt and black pepper powder.
- Add yogurt (non-flavoured)
- Mix everything well.
This is best served with red rice. The combination is
unusual and testes really great.
Or you can also serve a bowl of red bell pepper salad as is.
It is a filling healthy snack.
