During pregnant you should not give a miss even a single day. 8 to 12 glasses of water is recommended during pregnant excluding other fluids. There is high risk of miscarriages when the water level decreases. Apart from this consumption of water reduces morning sickness, headache, nausea, heart burns, and urinary infections and eases delivery.

Fruits are usually rich in fibre content, vitamin A, C, minerals, folic acid, phosphorous, potassium, antioxidants and many more. Bananas and sweet lime are the best medicine for constipation and indigestion during pregnancy.

Fresh vegetables and leafs like ladies finger, carrots, spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves, green peas, potatoes and many more are recommended in diet. See to that they are cleaned well and free from pesticides.
