Mango Juice - Flavored with Jaggery and Pepper !

Ingredients:
Sweet and sour mangoes
Jaggery - 1 cup (as per sweetness needed)
Pepper - 1/2 spoon
How To Make Mango Juice?
Wash mangoes with clean running water.
Peel mango skin and smash the fresh mango pulp.
Add water if required while smashing the mano seed and skin.
Add jaggery, pepper, and half cup mango pulp to a blender and make a smooth paste. Pour the mixture into a container and keep it aside.
Now blend the entire mango pulp to smooth. Pour the smooth mixture into the container and mix well.
Mango juice is ready to serve. You can chill and enjoy the refreshment.
