Patanjali Divya Kantilep Review
Patanjali is that swadeshi brand that magnets every Indian
towards it. Just roam around an Patanjali store and it’s a challenge we cannot
step out with a minimum of 3 unplanned products in your basket.
Divya Kantilep is an herbal skin care product from Patanjali
Divya pharmacy. It is more like a medicine to skin problems than categorizing
it to a beauty product.
Price and quantity:
Rs 70 for 50g
Usage:
The product directs to mix the powder with honey, milk, rose
water or aloe. I usually make a smooth paste together with fresh milk.
Texture and Colour:
The powder has a smooth touch without any hard granules. The
combination of milk and kantilep is a smooth paste and can be applied to your
skin without any fear of scratching the skin layer.
And the colour is so muddy, that if you keep the ground mud
and kantilep in two different containers I am sure we ought to get confuse.
Package:
It arrives in a normal plastic bottle with a wide
mouthed screw able cap more like an ayurvedic medicinal tub.
My Experience:
The smooth paste of kantilep is a great face pack. I usually
stay the face pack for 45mins and rinse with running water. You get a tingling
cooling sensation on your skin when applied. The pack did not dry or stretch my
skin even in the dry winters of the city. Skin appears fresh and clean to every
pore. Regular usage gets acne to control lightning the scars and blemishes.
Divya Kantilep leaves behind heavy yellowish orange stains for
a longer time duration. So, make sure you apply at late evenings also use any
dark colored wash towel.
And very important about the fragrance, kantilep has a
ayurvedic fragrance which is not strong. I am sensitive towards smell where I
end up with loads of sneezes but I assure you this herbal solution does not
have the pungent perfume scent.
Recommendation:
Kantilep is a herbal product highly recommended
for skin problems.
