Rose garden at Kemmanugundi is maintained by the Horticultural Department.
Kemmanugundi in Karnataka state is one of the most visited tourist place. It is around 250 km from Bangalore and is easily accessed by road.
(I am not saying much about the tourist destination, since I do not want to spoil the beauty of the flowers.)
