Maida-Rava Instant Dosa in 5 minutes
In every lady’s daily routine there has been a moment where
the cooked food has fallen short for serving and there are still gazing eyes to
serve more food. :P. This has happened to me many a times. :P
This is the recipe I usually rely on when I am in a total
fix of short of food. Maida-Rava dosa is an instant dosa recipe which has saved
me from my bad situation. Of course you should have the habit of doing curds
every other day. Only then you can rely on this recipe.
For this Maida-Rava instant dosa it just takes 5 minutes to
prepare the batter. Read further to know more.
Ingredients:
- One cup maida.
- 2 cups Rava.
- 2 cups curds.
- 4 spoon of ragi.
- Half cup grated coconut.
- Grated carrot.
- Chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
- Salt as per taste.
- Optional : Finely chopped onion pieces, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies.
How to prepare Maida-Rava Dosa:
- Mix all the ingredients well to form the batter.
- If the prepared batter is thick, add some water or curds or butter milk to thin down its consistency.
- On a hot pan, spread the dosa batter a make a thin dosa.
- Add few drops of homemade ghee for aroma.
- Leave for about 3 minutes over low flame.
- Then turn the dosa upside down and again leave for about 2 minutes over low flame.
Done………………….!!!!!!!!!!
Serve hot with some jaggery and pickle.
