  • The best is to collect the milk fat and churn it into butter using a hand blender. It hardly takes just an hour in a week. The fresh butter can be boiled to get golden aromatic ghee.
  • There are many local diary farms where you can visit them. These local farmers and milkmen offer pure ghee. Note that pure ghee is always expensive than the factory made ghee.
